We just made it through to our first show in Columbia, then got to rock another show on the same place. GREX has been takin the streets and we plan to cook Food not bom bs today. Next up is the awesome people in Nebraska, Lincoln and Omaha here we come. onto… salt lake… denver, boudler, flaggstaff, and who knows where….

GREX and SASQWASH have hit the road in Apukalypse Fuck Mobile the 2nd. Our albums are done and on the WAVES page.

So far we have learned that it takes a lot longer to drive when you have to process your own fuel, and that rain leeks through holes in the roof of your bus. pretty obvios but we are crazy. new grex songs are being written in the cab of the bus, whilw we wait for hours for grease to process or for someone to fix something.

So, everything takes longer than we expect, but much good has come from our extended stay in the place we all met. Love and smiles blossom, much art is made, and unfortunately, occasionally crust gasm’s get cut short by raging authoritarians with night sticks. some of us learned how to convert a bus to run on waste veg oil. we recorded new SASQWASH and GREX albums, and are releasing them for free download and stream on this website soon. Apocalyptapuke (our bus) will be hitting the road soon, gathering fry oil from funny places near and far, rocking in streets and everywhere we can. the waves page gives you sound to surf and there’s a summer video on the tour page for anyone interested in drunk grex yelling!

We will be recording in early January and hitting the road shortly after we finish the waste veggie oil conversion on our bus.

The Giant Record corporation family endorses the Call to action for the March 4th National Student Day of Action to Defend Education. If you are having an organizing event or takeover pep-rally event Grex and Sasqwash will happily provide free entertainment! If you are deciding on what kind of event to have to get some energy moving on your campus we’ll play anywhere and want to help you out.
